Key Responsibilities
- Supervise labour room nursing and support staff.
- Ensure proper care of antenatal, intranatal, postnatal patients, and newborns.
- Assist doctors during deliveries and obstetric emergencies.
- Maintain infection control, cleanliness, and aseptic practices.
- Ensure availability of medicines, instruments, and emergency equipment.
- Maintain labour room records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor staff duty rosters, discipline, and performance.
Qualifications
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing
- Valid Nursing Registration
- 4–5 years of labour room experience preferred
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
