Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software and web-based projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Create and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across all stakeholders.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and ensure quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in IT project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing software or web development projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
