We are seeking a highly organized and patient-focused Appointment Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare administration and possess a diploma or certification in Hospital Administration or a related field. The Appointment Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient appointments, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
Maintain accurate patient records and appointment schedules.
Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Manage appointment reminders and follow-up communications.
Ensure efficient patient flow and minimize scheduling conflicts.
Verify patient information and update records as required.
Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to support daily operations.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
Required:
Diploma or Certification in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Administration, Medical Office Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience as an Appointment Coordinator, Medical Receptionist, Patient Coordinator, or similar healthcare administrative role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and appointment scheduling software.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Preferred:
Experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare centers of min. 2 years
Knowledge of healthcare billing, patient registration, and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
