Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated MBA Fresher to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting sales activities, generating leads, building customer relationships, and assisting in marketing initiatives to promote the company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support sales team in customer acquisition and follow-up activities.
- Prepare and deliver product/service presentations to clients.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries and quotations.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
Requirements
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within Kerala if required.
- Strong learning attitude and self-motivation.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
