Job Description
We are a growing Accounting and Corporate Secretarial firm looking for a motivated Accounts Assistant to support our accounting and corporate secretarial work. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want strong exposure to international (Singapore) accounting and compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Support
- Assist in bookkeeping and data entry
- Support bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
- Assist in preparation of monthly and year-end accounts
- Basic exposure to GST, tax schedules, and financial reporting
Corporate Secretarial Support
- Assist with preparation of resolutions and statutory documents
- Support filing work (ACRA/ROC-style compliance exposure)
- Maintain client records and compliance trackers
General Support
- Coordinate with senior team members
- Handle documentation and follow-ups
- Support both accounting and compliance workflows
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- Freshers welcome (training will be provided)
- Up to 2 years of accounting experience is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts
- Willingness to learn corporate secretarial and compliance work
- Good attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines
Location Requirement (Strict):
