This is a full-time, on-site Sales + Interior Designer role based in Gurugram. The professional in this position will meet with clients, understand their needs, present design concepts, and translate requirements into functional and aesthetically aligned interior solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing mood boards and layouts, preparing design presentations, and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution. The role involves actively driving sales by pitching services, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and closing projects while maintaining strong client relationships. The Sales + Interior Designer will also visit project sites, oversee implementation to align with approved concepts, and ensure high standards of finish and client experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Ability to handle client meetings and understand requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and basic design software.
- Strong sales acumen, including client presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills, with the ability to meet revenue and conversion targets.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹10,786.60 - ₹45,639.24 per month
