Security Consultant – IAM (SailPoint IIQ / IGA)

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as SME for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
- Design and implement identity lifecycle processes including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows.
- Manage access provisioning, deprovisioning, certifications, and compliance workflows.
- Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, HR systems, directories, and cloud platforms.
- Implement RBAC, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and access governance controls.
- Troubleshoot identity and access-related issues and ensure system stability.
- Support IAM governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement analysis and solution delivery.
Key Skills
- SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) – Hands-on experience
- IAM concepts (provisioning, access requests, certifications)
- RBAC and SoD implementation
- Integration with AD/LDAP, HR systems, and enterprise applications
- Identity governance and compliance processes
Preferred Profile
- Experience with Saviynt or other IAM tools.
- Exposure to cloud IAM integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience in enterprise security and IAM environments.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
