Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Social Media & CRM Executive who can manage the company’s online presence while efficiently handling customer relationship management activities. The candidate will be responsible for engaging audiences across social media platforms, generating leads, maintaining CRM data, and ensuring smooth communication with prospective and existing clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage and grow company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and basic creatives
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries professionally
- Coordinate with the team for content planning and campaigns
- Track engagement metrics and prepare basic performance reports
CRM & Lead Management
- Maintain and update CRM software/database regularly
- Handle incoming leads and ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate with counselors/sales teams for lead allocation
- Track lead status, conversions, and communication history
- Generate reports related to leads, inquiries, and conversions
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, or clients
- Maintain professional email and WhatsApp communication
- Support marketing and admissions activities when required
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic understanding of social media marketing
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and maintain organized records
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Basic Canva/design knowledge preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
