Job Title: Telecaller (Part-Time)

Location: Hybrid (2 Days at Institute + Remaining Work From Home)
Working Hours: 30 Hours Per Month
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
Qualifications

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal communication in Hindi and English
- Confidence in handling calls and inquiries
- Ability to achieve targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain courses, admissions, and institute offerings.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Maintain and update lead records regularly.
- Schedule counseling appointments and campus visits.
- Handle inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Meet monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for lead closures.
- Submit regular reports on call activities and lead status.
