Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Hardware Technician for the repair and troubleshooting of CCTV Cameras, Dashcams, MDVR, and NVR systems. The candidate should have practical experience in electronic hardware diagnosis, PCB troubleshooting, soldering, and device testing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Repair and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, Dashcams, MDVR, and NVR devices
- Diagnose hardware and PCB-level faults
- Perform soldering and component replacement
- Test devices after repair for proper functionality
- Handle software updates if required
- Maintain repair and service records
- Identify defective components and recommend solutions
- Coordinate with operations and support teams regarding repair status
- Ensure quality standards during repair and testing
- Provide technical support when required
Requirements:
- Experience in electronic hardware repair
- Knowledge of CCTV and surveillance products
- Basic understanding of PCB circuits and electronic components
- Good soldering and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with multimeter and repair equipment
- Ability to diagnose hardware faults efficiently
