Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Executive to handle IndiaMART leads, quotations, follow-ups, and lead management.
The candidate will play a key role in converting inquiries into business by ensuring timely response, proper coordination, and continuous follow-up with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART, website, and other platforms
- Prepare and send quotations to clients
- Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into orders
- Maintain proper lead data and update status (hot/warm/cold)
- Coordinate with sales and technical team for requirements
- Maintain daily reports of leads, follow-ups, and closures
- Ensure quick response time to all inquiries
Requirements
- 1–4 years experience in inside sales / back office sales
- Experience handling IndiaMART or similar platforms (must)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of industrial automation (preferred)
- Strong follow-up and lead management skills
- Good knowledge of Excel / CRM tools
Qualification
Any Graduate / Diploma (Technical background preferred)
