- Conduct research and compile information to support content creation
- Manage editorial and track contents

* Analyse market trends and prepare research reports.
* Create and develop research-based content and documentation.
* Use MS Office tool for data management and reporting.
* Assist in programming-related research and content preparation when required.
* Communicate research findings clearly in English.
* Work both independently and collaboratively with the team to complete assigned tasks.
