Job Summary
Rohan Corporation is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities at our project site in Kotekar, Mangalore. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on-site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with construction standards.
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Verify measurements, BOQs, billing quantities, and work completion status.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and statutory regulations.
- Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
- Track material consumption and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Attend site meetings and provide project updates to management.
- Maintain proper documentation, site records, and project reports.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in residential, commercial, or real estate construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, quality control, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing contractors and large site teams.

Pay: ₹25,777.84 - ₹45,985.67 per month
