Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin & Accounts Logistics Executive to assist with daily administrative operations, banking activities, accounts support, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple responsibilities, maintaining proper documentation, coordinating with external parties, and supporting the finance and administration functions of the company.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration
- Handle day-to-day office administration activities.
- Maintain company records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external parties.
- Manage office supplies and administrative requirements.
- Assist management with various administrative tasks and reports.
Accounts Support
- Support the accounts team with documentation and record maintenance.
- Assist in preparing invoices, payment documents, and related records.
- Follow up on customer and vendor documents when required.
- Organize and maintain financial and accounting files.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents during audits and reviews.
Banking Activities
- Visit banks for cheque deposits, collections, account-related documentation, and other banking requirements.
- Coordinate with banks regarding transactions and document submissions.
- Assist in preparing banking documents and maintaining records.
Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate local and international shipments when required.
- Prepare and maintain shipment-related documents, including invoices and packing lists.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and customers regarding deliveries.
- Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain proper logistics records and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Administration, Accounts Support, Logistics Coordination, or a similar role.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and support team coordination.
- Willingness to travel outside the office for bank visits, document submissions, vendor coordination, and other official duties as required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a relevant field such as administration, accounts support, or logistics coordination.
- Good understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, and international shipment processes.
- Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and logistics service providers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle internal team coordination and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Ability to support coworkers and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
