About the Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Web & SEO Content Writer to create high-quality, engaging, and search engine-optimized content for our website, blogs, landing pages, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of English, excellent research skills, and a solid understanding of SEO best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Write original, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, landing pages, product pages, and service pages.
- Conduct keyword research and naturally incorporate keywords into content.
- Optimize existing website content to improve search engine rankings.
- Create compelling meta titles, meta descriptions, and SEO-friendly headings.
- Research industry trends and competitors to develop informative content.
- Ensure all content is grammatically accurate, plagiarism-free, and aligned with the brand's tone.
- Collaborate with the SEO and marketing teams to execute content strategies.
- Update and refresh existing content to maintain relevance and improve performance.
- Follow SEO guidelines, readability standards, and content best practices.
- Meet content deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of on-page SEO principles and content optimization.
- Experience with keyword research tools and SEO best practices.
- Ability to write for different audiences and content formats.
- Strong research, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in web content writing, SEO content writing, or digital content creation.
