Non-Negotiable Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience working within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services ) sector — no exceptions.
- Hands-on experience and deep working knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements applicable to BFSI.
- Proven experience in call recordings, call monitoring, and quality audit processes.
- Demonstrated ability to independently handle comprehensive audits initiated by banks, NBFCs, and the RBI.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills — able to draft audit reports, compliance notes, and communicate confidently with regulators, banks, and NBFC partners.
- Proven ability to lead an internal audit and quality team, driving consistent, month-on-month delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the internal audit and quality assurance function, ensuring consistent monthly delivery against defined targets.
- Design, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks in line with RBI guidelines and BFSI regulatory standards.
- Own end-to-end call monitoring and call recording audits — sampling, scoring, feedback, and closure of gaps.
- Act as the primary point of contact for audits and inspections conducted by partner banks, NBFCs.
- Prepare and present audit findings, compliance reports, and risk assessments to senior management and external stakeholders.
- Identify compliance gaps and process risks; drive root-cause analysis and corrective action plans.
- Coach, mentor, and manage the performance of the internal audit and quality team.
- Stay current with evolving RBI regulations, BFSI compliance norms, and industry best practices.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (Operations, Legal, Risk) to embed compliance into business processes.
- Ability to work across multiple clients and their compliance requirements
- Monitor and successfully complete the audit cadence – monthly / quarterly/ half yearly and annual audits

Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree
- Mandatory BFSI segment with relevant experience in Quality / Compliance and Internal Audit functions
- Strong understanding of Collections industry would be a plus
Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
