We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Blood Bank Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for blood grouping, cross-matching, component preparation, donor screening, inventory management, and ensuring safe transfusion practices.
Key Responsibilities
Perform blood grouping, Rh typing, and compatibility testing.
Conduct donor screening and sample collection.
Process blood components (PRBC, FFP, Platelets, Cryoprecipitate).
Maintain blood inventory and storage conditions.
Perform TTI testing as per guidelines.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Follow SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in blood donation camps and donor care activities.
Qualifications
DMLT / B.Sc. MLT / M.Sc. MLT
Freshers with strong technical knowledge .
