Sales Executive – Damu and Sons Sales Corporation
Full-Time | Reports To: Sales Manager
About Us: Damu and Sons Sales Corporation is a growing sales & distribution company with an established route/customer base. We're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensure strong retention, and bring in new customers to grow the business.
Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain relationships with existing customers on the established route
- Ensure high customer retention through regular visits, follow-ups, and issue resolution
- Identify and onboard new customers to expand the customer base
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Take orders, coordinate deliveries, and follow up on payment collection
- Address customer complaints/queries promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Track competitor activity and market trends in the territory
- Submit regular sales and visit reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; freshers welcome
- 1–3 years sales/field experience a plus
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel the assigned route; two-wheeler preferred
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, billing tools)
Key Focus: Customer retention is the top priority, alongside steady new customer acquisition.
Compensation: Salary + commission, travel allowance, growth opportunities
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
