As a Merchandiser, your role is to plan, develop, and execute merchandising strategies to maximize sales, optimize product assortment, and enhance the customer shopping experience. You will work closely with retail teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to curate product collections, analyze market trends, manage inventory, and drive business growth.
Required Skills:
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of production processes (textile/garments/FMCG depending on industry)
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion, Production Management, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in production merchandising or similar role
