Overview: We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who combines strong design fundamentals with speed, curiosity, and a modern creative workflow. This role is ideal for someone who understands visual storytelling, can work across digital and print formats, and is comfortable using emerging AI tools to generate references, explore creative directions, and iterate faster. A passion for music, culture, and education will be a strong advantage.
What You'll Do:
● Design and deliver marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, flyers, standees, social media creatives, banners, ads, and other brand assets
● Create designs for both digital and print platforms while ensuring production readiness
● Work on event branding and promotional material
● Use AI-powered creative tools for - moodboarding and visual reference, Concept exploration, Style experimentation, Faster creative iterations and variations
● Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to bring campaigns to life
● Follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints
● Incorporate feedback quickly and efficiently while meeting tight deadlines
● Prepare files in correct formats for digital publishing and print production
Skills & Qualifications:
● 1–2 years of experience in graphic design (freshers with exceptional portfolios can also apply)
● Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva
● Basic knowledge of Figma is a plus, but not mandatory
● Familiarity with AI creative tools for ideation and reference generation
● Good understanding of typography, composition, color, and layout principles
● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
