Location: Periyamet, Chennai
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Hindi Speaking: Mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
1.Register and coordinate service calls
2.Respond to customer queries promptly
3.Coordinate with Service Engineers and Customers
4.Follow up on service approvals and feedback
5.Ensure timely service delivery within TAT
6.Maintain service records and system updates
7.Coordinate with internal departments
8.Prepare daily and weekly reports
Requirements:
✔ Hindi Communication is Mandatory
✔ Good Communication & Coordination Skills
✔ Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office)
✔ Customer Service Experience Preferred
✔ Ability to multitask and handle service operations efficiently
