- Prepare authentic South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, pongal, sambar, rasam, chutneys, and meals
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of food
- Prepare mise-en-place and maintain readiness for daily operations
- Handle dosa/tawa section efficiently during peak hours
- Monitor batter preparation, fermentation, and food storage standards
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness as per FSSAI and kitchen SOP standards
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper stock rotation
- Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations and timely service
- Assist in menu planning and introducing new South Indian dishes
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of kitchen equipment
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
