We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, billing, and quantity surveying activities for our Compresidential/commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and rate analysis, along with the ability to work independently on-site and in the office.
- Quantity Take-off & Measurement (Civil, RCC, Interior & Finishing Works)
- Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) Preparation & Verification
- Rate Analysis (CPWD/DSR Standards & Market-Based Reverse Rate Analysis)
- Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Preparation for Tendering & Estimation
- Pre-Tender & Post-Tender Cost Estimation
- RA (Running Account) Bill Preparation, Checking & Certification
- Contractor Bill Reconciliation & Claims Verification
- Cost Comparison Statements & Rate Negotiation Support
- Budgeting & Cost Planning for Residential/Interior Projects
- Variation & Change Order Cost Assessment
- Final Bill Preparation & Project Closeout Cost Reports
- Material Reconciliation & Wastage Analysis
- Cost Control & Monitoring through Project Lifecycle
- MIS Reporting & Cost Tracking for Clients
- Contract Documentation & Specification Review
