Job Title: Warehouse Executive
Location: Kappalur ( Madurai)
Role Overview:
A Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory control, and timely dispatch of goods. The role focuses on maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Coordinate loading and unloading of goods
- Ensure proper storage and organization of materials
- Monitor and enforce safety standards and procedures
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
- Handle documentation (GRN, invoices, dispatch records)
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations
- Track and report damaged or missing goods
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, data entry)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team management and communication skills
