Position: Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations
Location: Nashik – MIDC Satpur
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory & Dispatch).
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, productivity, and customer SLAs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with transporters, customers, and internal teams.
- Prepare daily operational reports and MIS.
- Drive process improvements and cost optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PG in Logistics preferred).
- 5–8 years of warehouse operations experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of WMS/ERP and MS Excel.
