We are looking for a Platform Admin Manager to manage the users working as call attendees in our social media application.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor the platform admin portal
* Coordinate with attendees and explain the app workflow and functionalities
* Regularly follow up with attendees and ensure they remain active on the platform
* Respond to support calls and queries from attendees
* Resolve attendee concerns and provide timely assistance
* Maintain proper communication and relationship management with platform users
* Support onboarding and engagement activities for new attendees
Preferred Skills
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Basic knowledge of mobile apps and admin portals
* Ability to handle user support and follow-ups professionally
* Customer support or telecalling experience is an added advantage
Candidates should be able to attend direct meetings once a week in Kochi.
Laptop will be provided.
