Position Details
✔ Role: Scrum Master
✔ Experience: 6+ Years
✔ Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore
✔ Work Model: Onsite (5 days/week during the initial onboarding period)
✔ Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
✔ Employment Type: Full-time
✔ Interview Mode: Virtual
What You'll Do
✔ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
✔ Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Lean-Agile practices, and continuous improvement.
✔ Remove impediments, manage risks, and resolve cross-team dependencies to maximize delivery outcomes.
✔ Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs, prioritize work, and prepare for Program Increment (PI) Planning.
✔ Track Agile delivery metrics, sprint health, OKRs, KPIs, and flow metrics using Agile management tools.
✔ Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams while supporting Scrum of Scrums and scaled Agile delivery.
✔ Drive transparency through effective reporting, stakeholder communication, and delivery dashboards.
What We're Looking For
✔ 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery professional.
✔ Strong expertise in Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
✔ Experience facilitating Agile teams working in POD-based delivery models.
✔ Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Jira Align, Rally, or similar Agile tools.
✔ Excellent facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
✔ Good understanding of SDLC, Agile estimation, dependency management, release management, and CI/CD practices.

✔ Familiarity with GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, and DevOps practices.
