Job Purpose
To manage front office operations, handle incoming calls and visitors, support basic administrative activities, and ensure a professional and welcoming environment at the office.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Visitor Handling
- Greet visitors and clients in a polite and professional manner
- Manage visitor entry records and coordinate with concerned departments
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
Call & Communication Handling
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Transfer calls to concerned departments and take messages
- Respond to basic inquiries and provide information when required
Administrative Support
- Support HR and admin activities as assigned
- Maintain office records, files, and documents
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
Office Coordination
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff for office upkeep
- Support internal communication and coordination
- Handle basic stationery and office supply tracking

Education
- Minimum 12th Pass (Any stream)
- Graduation preferred but not mandatory
Experience
