Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic & Video Designer to lead the visual execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design aesthetic, expertise in video editing, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling visual content that resonates with audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality graphics, motion creatives, and videos for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, and brand communications.
- Develop creative concepts and visual identities aligned with brand objectives.
- Edit and produce engaging video content, including reels, promotional videos, ad creatives, corporate films, and campaign assets.
- Collaborate with strategists, content creators, and account managers to execute marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all visual assets.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, creative formats, and social media content styles.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Guide and mentor junior designers when required.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both static and video-based creative work.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Canva (preferred)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a marketing agency, advertising agency, or creative studio.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video production workflows.
- Understanding of branding and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Experience handling performance marketing creatives and ad campaigns is a plus.
