Job Responsibilities
- Convert layouts a web designer created into a fully functional website.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress.
- Working with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS, Vue.js.
- Knowledge of RESTful API’s.
- Optimizing websites and web applications.
- Experience in working with e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in working with CMS such a Drupal, Joomla, Magento, ModX, Wordpress etc.
- Optimize this website for all platforms and screen sizes.
- Bug Fixing website’s or application’s UI needs.
- Other client-side development tasks.
- Researching different software programs, maintaining software documentation.
- Implementing contingency plans in case the website goes down.
- Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the website once built.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications.
- Willing to work for a start-up and go extra mile.
- Able to consistently meet tight deadlines & understand the difference between an internal and external tone of voice and can translate communications accordingly.
- Out-of-the-box thinker & creative mind.
- 3-5 years of strong experience.
