Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee to learn and support daily restaurant
operations. This role offers hands-on training in customer service, team management, food
safety, and business operations, preparing you for future leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and assist in daily restaurant operations.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Support order management, billing, and service activities.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Assist in inventory management and stock control.
Work closely with restaurant managers and team members to achieve operational goals.
Participate in training programs and implement company SOPs.
Requirements
Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business, or any relevant field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in QSR, restaurant, café, or hospitality.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Passion for customer service and hospitality.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
