Job Summary:
The Facility Executive (Technical) is responsible for managing and supervising all technical and maintenance operations at the assigned site. The role ensures smooth functioning of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other building systems while maintaining safety, compliance, and operational efficiency as per Captain Clean’s quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:Operations & Maintenance:
- Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to identify maintenance needs.
- Oversee housekeeping, security, and waste management services.
- Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct regular preventive and breakdown maintenance activities as per schedule.
- Monitor and control energy consumption to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure all technical systems are in safe and working condition at all times.
Vendor & Team Coordination:
- Supervise technicians, electricians, plumbers, and other maintenance staff on-site.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repair and maintenance works.
- Verify and monitor vendor service delivery and quality compliance.
- Ensure timely availability of spares, consumables, and tools.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain daily logs, checklists, and maintenance records.
- Prepare MIS reports, downtime reports, and energy usage data.
- Support in preparing maintenance schedules, budgets, and audits.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and statutory regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and rectify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with electrical load management, fire safety, and equipment certifications.
Client & Site Management:
- Coordinate with the client representatives for issue resolution and site updates.
- Provide prompt technical support during emergencies.
- Maintain high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Skills & Competencies:
Experience: 2–5 years in Facility Management or Technical Maintenance
Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Civil Engineering / Mechanical
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Good communication and client coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software.
- Ability to lead a team and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
