Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Allocate work assignments and monitor task completion.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, washrooms, and other facilities to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Train, guide, and evaluate housekeeping team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and housekeeping supplies.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning materials, linens, and consumables, and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Handle guest or client complaints related to housekeeping services and ensure prompt resolution.
- Prepare staff duty rosters, attendance records, and leave schedules.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
