Job Overview
We are looking for a Recruiter Executive to manage the recruitment process and help identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. The role involves sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Post job vacancies on job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through databases, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings and candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
2. Candidate Management
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and hiring updates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates at different stages of hiring.
3. Interview Coordination
- Coordinate interview rounds between candidates and hiring teams.
- Collect and maintain interview feedback from panel members.
- Assist in final candidate selection and offer rollout processes.
4. Recruitment Database & Reporting
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Update application status and hiring progress regularly.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics as required.
5. Onboarding Support
- Assist in pre-joining formalities and document collection.
- Coordinate with HR and department teams for smooth onboarding.
- Support employee induction and joining activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and meet hiring deadlines.
