Key Responsibilities:
Prepare 2D architectural drawings and 3D elevation designs.
Develop façade concepts, material palettes, and presentation renderings.
Assist senior architects in design development and project execution.
Create high-quality visualizations using industry-standard software and AI-assisted tools.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams.
Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
Ensure compliance with building codes, project specifications, and timelines.
Stay updated with emerging architectural technologies and AI-driven design solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
2–3 years of experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, and MS Office.
Working knowledge of AI-powered design and visualization tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, or similar AI platforms for concept generation, rendering enhancement, and productivity.
Basic understanding of BIM and architectural design principles.
Strong visualization, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
