Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Optical Fitter cum Sales Executive to join our Nadapuram branch. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting frames and lenses, ensuring proper fitting, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting suitable frames and lenses based on prescription and preference
- Perform frame adjustments and fittings for maximum comfort and accuracy
- Explain lens types, coatings, and pricing to customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain display standards and stock organization
- Handle billing and basic inventory coordination
- Coordinate with optometrists and OP staff for prescription clarification
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and after-sales service
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: diploma in optical fitter / Any Degree
- 1–3 years of experience in optical fitting & sales preferred
- Experience in hospital optical or optical showroom is an advantage
- Good communication skills in Malayalam
- Basic computer and billing knowledge
- Candidates residing near Nadapuram preferred
