Role Overview:
The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through client retention and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or services.
- Ensure timely delivery of services in line with client expectations.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and address issues proactively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and performance.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing or relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
