- 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM IST
- 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
About Phonic Fusion
Phonic Fusion is an online learning platform dedicated to helping young learners build strong English reading, phonics, and communication skills through engaging, interactive, and personalized live classes.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct live online English Reading and Phonics classes for children from KG to Pre-Primary.
- Teach letter sounds, blending, CVC words, sight words, pronunciation, and early reading skills.
- Plan fun and interactive lessons using age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Encourage student participation and create a positive learning environment.
- Share regular progress updates with parents and the academic team.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism during all online sessions.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong knowledge of English Phonics and early childhood reading instruction.
- Experience teaching preschool or kindergarten students is preferred.
- Comfortable using Zoom or other online teaching platforms.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with young children.
- Reliable internet connection, laptop, and a quiet teaching environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
- Certification or training in Phonics, Jolly Phonics, Early Childhood Education, or Montessori is an advantage.
- Prior online teaching experience is preferred.
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on qualifications and teaching experience.
₹150–₹300 per hour or a fixed monthly pay
