1. Role Overview
The Draftsman is responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and detailed working drawings for interior and architectural projects. The role supports the design team by translating concepts into precise drawings for execution on site.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop working drawings including plans, elevations, and sections
- Create furniture layout, electrical, plumbing, and ceiling drawings
- Coordinate with designers to understand design intent
- Revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions
- Maintain drawing standards and documentation
- Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards
- Support site team with technical clarifications
3. Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or related field
4. Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Knowledge of working drawings and detailing
- Understanding of materials and construction methods
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Attention to detail and accuracy
5. Preferred Skills
- Experience in interior fit-out projects
- Knowledge of SketchUp or Revit
- Understanding of site execution processes

7. Compensation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
