Skytown Group is looking for a creative and data-driven Lead Generation Specialist to drive high-quality lead acquisition through marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands online customer acquisition, campaign optimization, and performance marketing. The primary focus will be on generating qualified leads using digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads through paid advertising, landing pages, lead forms, and digital campaigns.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Create and optimize landing pages and lead capture forms to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, creatives, videos, and campaign assets.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, lead quality, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and other key metrics.
- Maintain accurate lead reports and ensure seamless handover of qualified leads to the CRM or sales team.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and lead generation strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Lead Generation.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of paid advertising and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience in campaign planning, optimization, and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting dashboards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
