Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and professional Telecallers / Admissions Counselors to handle incoming and outgoing calls, explain our hypnosis training programs and counselling services, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking with clients, and a strong ability to build trust and close admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Call prospective students and counselling clients from company-generated leads.
Explain hypnosis training courses, workshops, and counselling services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
Convert inquiries into paid registrations and admissions.
Maintain lead data and update CRM/Excel sheets.
Handle customer doubts and objections professionally.
Coordinate with the operations team for enrollment and onboarding.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
