Role Summary:
· Identify and generate new business opportunities in NBFC, Retail, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, Ecommerce, Quick Commerce through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
· Present and demonstrate cash management / fintech products/services to prospective clients.
· Understand client needs and propose customized financial technology solutions.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
· Managing key Client accounts and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
· Collaborate with IT and product teams to align strategies.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
· Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Preferred Skills
- 5 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in Fintech, Banking , Financial services, Retail, Ecommerce, Quick Commerce).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Strong networking skills and industry connections.
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently.
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
