Ballyhoo Media is a performance marketing company specializing in mobile affiliate marketing, user acquisition, and customer acquisition campaigns across domestic and international markets. We work with advertisers, affiliate partners, and media buyers to deliver measurable performance through CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS, and RevShare models.
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth across both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify, prospect, and acquire new advertisers, brands, and agency partners across domestic and international markets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities in mobile affiliate marketing.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Present Ballyhoo Media’s performance marketing solutions to potential clients in a clear and compelling manner.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, and campaign structures with clients and partners.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as a key point of contact for new and existing clients during the sales and onboarding process.
Understand client goals, campaign requirements, and target markets to propose suitable solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers, agencies, and affiliate partners.
Ensure smooth handover of new accounts to the operations and account management teams.
Campaign Strategy & Market Expansion
Work closely with internal teams to design campaign proposals aligned with client objectives.
Identify opportunities to expand business across multiple geographies, verticals, and traffic sources.
Support the growth of both domestic and international campaigns through strategic planning and market insights.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in mobile affiliate marketing.
Reporting & Forecasting
Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and revenue targets.
Prepare regular reports on lead generation, conversions, and business development performance.
Forecast revenue opportunities and provide updates on market potential and client activity.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales opportunities in CRM tools.
Internal Coordination
Collaborate with affiliate managers, operations, media buying, finance, and compliance teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Share client feedback and market insights to improve service delivery and campaign performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
* 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Affiliate Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
* Strong understanding of mobile affiliate marketing and performance-based advertising models.
* Experience working with CPA, CPI, CPL, CPS, RevShare, and Hybrid campaigns.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.
* Ability to identify business opportunities and close deals effectively.
* Good analytical skills with the ability to understand campaign performance and market trends.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
* Ability to manage multiple prospects and accounts simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with one or more of the following verticals:
* Mobile Apps
* Gaming & iGaming
* FinTech
* E-commerce
* Utility Apps
Experience handling campaigns or partnerships across domestic and international markets is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
