Job description
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive with hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google & Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of organic search strategies, paid advertising campaigns, keyword research, and website performance optimization to drive traffic, generate leads, and improve ROI.
Key ResponsibilitiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.
- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Improve website rankings through technical SEO recommendations.
- Build high-quality backlinks using ethical SEO practices.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Prepare SEO performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.
Google Ads
- Plan, create, and manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword planning and bid management.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Monitor budgets and campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data and generate reports.
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.
- Optimize ad creatives, budgets, and campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign metrics and improve lead generation.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track KPIs such as traffic, rankings, conversions, ROAS, and CPL.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Suggest improvements based on campaign insights.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of keyword research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and website optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Certification in Google Ads or Google Analytics is an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in SEO and Paid Advertising.
