- Monitor patients' vital signs, neurological status, and overall condition continuously.
- Assess patients and identify changes in their health status promptly.
- Administer medications, intravenous (IV) fluids, blood products, and other prescribed treatments safely.
- Operate and monitor critical care equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and defibrillators.
- Assist with emergency procedures, including CPR, intubation, and advanced life support.
- Provide preoperative and postoperative care for critically ill patients when required.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and responses.
- Collect blood and other specimens for laboratory testing.
- Ensure strict infection prevention and control practices.
- Perform wound care, catheter care, tracheostomy care, and other nursing procedures.
- Coordinate with physicians, respiratory therapists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients' families about the patient's condition, treatment plan, and home care when appropriate.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during critical illness.
- Ensure patient safety by following hospital policies, medication safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and medical procedures.
- Maintain ICU equipment and ensure emergency supplies are readily available.
- Participate in shift handovers and communicate patient information accurately.
- Respond quickly and effectively to medical emergencies and deteriorating patient conditions.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal nursing standards.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
