Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Store Manager to oversee inventory and store operations across our two Pune outlets. The candidate will be responsible for stock management, procurement coordination, inventory control, and ensuring uninterrupted availability of materials while minimizing wastage and pilferage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage store operations for both Sante Spa Cuisine outlets.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and consumption.
- Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions on time.
- Coordinate with vendors and the procurement team for timely deliveries.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits and reconciliations.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of inventory (FIFO).
- Track food, packaging, and consumable inventory across both outlets.
- Prepare inventory and consumption MIS reports for management.
- Minimize wastage, expiry, and stock variances.
- Maintain all store-related documentation and compliance records.
Requirements
- Graduate with 2+ years of experience in store or inventory management.
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or F&B industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and stock management practices.
- Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management software.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
