· Establishing ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation.
· Analyzing existing infrastructure and performing IT system enhancements.
· Implementing ERP software and ensuring seamless integration with other existing IT systems.
· Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance.
· Preparing and documenting ERP processes, flow chart and user manual.
· Keeping abreast of the latest ERP upgrades and offerings.
· Preparing User Analysis Test (UAT) before any new implementation.
· Extracting logs with the ERP and sharing with concerned team members.
Providing support and training to ERP end-users.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
