About the Role
Jayair System Private Limited is looking for dynamic, target-oriented, and technically sound professionals for the position of Sales Executive / Sales Engineer – VRF Division. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, handling client relationships, managing project sales, and promoting VRF/HVAC solutions in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for VRF/HVAC projects through consultants, architects, builders, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Handle complete sales cycle from inquiry generation to order finalization.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for VRF systems.
- Coordinate with clients for project discussions, presentations, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable VRF/HVAC solutions.
- Conduct project estimation, tender participation, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, developers, and channel partners.
- Perform market surveys and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate internally with design, estimation, and execution teams for smooth project handling.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- HVAC Engineering
- Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Electrical Engineering
- MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
- 2–8 years of experience in:
- VRF/HVAC Sales
- Air-conditioning Industry
- Project Sales / Channel Sales
- MEP Projects
- Experience with reputed HVAC brands such as:
- Daikin Industries
- Mitsubishi Electric
- Toshiba
- LG Electronics
- Samsung Electronics
- Blue Star Limited
- Carrier Global
- will be preferred.
Required Technical Skills
- Knowledge of VRF system selection and applications
- Understanding of HVAC fundamentals and heat load calculations
- Project estimation and tendering knowledge
- Ability to read architectural and HVAC drawings
- Basic understanding of MEP coordination
- Knowledge of energy-efficient air-conditioning systems
Required Software Skills
- Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- AutoCAD
- VRF Selection Software
- CRM Software
