- Office Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring a well-stocked inventory of office supplies, and managing facility maintenance.
- Scheduling & Travel: Managing calendars, coordinating meetings, booking conference rooms, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Preparing memos, reports, and presentations. Organizing and securing physical and digital filing systems.
- Communication: Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (phone calls, emails, and mail) and greeting office visitors.
- Financial/Billing Support: Assisting the finance department with basic bookkeeping, processing vendor invoices, and managing expense reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
