Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a polite and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointment bookings
- Maintain customer records and basic data entry (billing/MTO coordination if required)
- Coordinate with sales and design team for customer appointments and trials
- Manage trial schedules, delivery slips, and customer flow in the store
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and well-maintained
- Assist in handling customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups
- Support basic administrative tasks as required
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
